Peer Review Process at USOD Publishers
All manuscripts submitted to our journals undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure that only original, high-quality research is published.
Step-by-Step Review Workflow:
1. Manuscript Submission
Authors submit their manuscripts through our online submission system
2. Initial Editorial Check
The editor evaluates the manuscript for relevance, originality, formatting compliance, and alignment with journal scope.
• If unsuitable, the manuscript is rejected & returned.
• If suitable, it proceeds further.
3. Technical & Ethical Screening
Manuscripts are checked for plagiarism, ethical compliance, and adherence to author guidelines.
• If corrections are needed, the manuscript isreturned to the author.
• If compliant, it proceeds to review.
4. Assignment to Handling Editor
An experienced handling editor is assigned to oversee the peer review process.
5. Double-Blind Peer Review
Manuscripts are evaluated anonymously by independent experts for:
• Scientific quality
• Originality
• Relevance and contribution to the field
Reviewers may recommend: Acceptance, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Rejection.
6. Author Revisions
Authors revise their manuscripts based on reviewer/editor comments and resubmit for further consideration.
7. Final Decision (Editor-in-Chief)
The Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision after considering reviewer feedback:
• Accept for publication
• Reject if the manuscript does not meet standards
8. Production Stage
Accepted manuscripts move to production, including copyediting, typesetting, and galley proof approval.
9. Open Access Publication
The final version is published online with immediate open access availability to the global research community.
